"First and foremost, the weight that I was able to get off my shoulders every week was soooo relieving - being able to share the good, the bad and the ugly without judgement is such a breath of fresh air, while also realizing all the women in our tribe are feeling or having gone through something similar.

Being able to share in our tribe every week also brought a new type of communication into my relationship at home - after each session, we would discuss at home what I shared in the class, it was helpful to open up about things I may not have realized I was keeping bottled up to myself and letting stew into unnecessary stress or anxiety.

Having this amazing group of women coming together every week definitely gave me some new connections that I hope can last for a very long time outside of our tribe circle!
